I received a chasing letter for an invoice I have paid, what do I do?

In order for FedEx to investigate your enquiry please provide the following information:

  • Total amount paid.
  • Payment Method (e.g. Cheque, BACS, Credit Card)
  • Name on payment
  • Payment date

Important Note: If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to locate receipt of your payment you may be asked to provide the following additional information:

  • Proof of payment.
  • Date the payment cleared your bank account

If you wish to provide FedEx with any additional paperwork to support your enquiry e.g. proof of payment, please email or alternatively if you wish to call and speak with a member of our Customer Service please call 444 9339(TR) between 8:30am - 8:00pm, Monday - Saturday.
