How do I change the administrator for my account on FedEx Billing Online?

Select "Preferences" at the top of the page and choose "Manage Users". In the Change Administrator section, choose the name of an existing user from the drop-down menu and click the "Change Administrator" button.

Only the current FedEx Billing Online Administrator can assign a new administrator.
