My parcel is damaged, how do I claim?
Whilst we regret any inconvenience caused by this incident the sender of the shipment must file a claim for a FedEx Express International shipment by using our Online Claims tool.
However, please note all claims must be made within 21 calendar days of delivery. You will have the options to mail, fax or email the form to our International Customer Support Team. Where possible please include any cost or sales invoices alongside your completed claims form.

For a FedEx UK Domestic shipment if your shipment was signed for as damaged upon delivery, then the sender of the shipment is required to submit a claim form within 28 calendar days of the delivery. You will have the options to mail, fax or email the form to our Domestic Customer Services team. Where possible please include any cost or sales invoices alongside your completed claims form.
If the shipment was not signed for as damaged on delivery, our Customer Services team must be notified by 5pm the next working day after delivery or attempted delivery on 707 100 869. This must be followed up by a written claim form from the shipper (with cost and sales invoices) within 28 calendar days of the delivery.
