What time will the courier pick up or collection of my package be?

When booking a collection using our Online pick up tool, automated phone system or speaking to our Customer Service team you will have been asked to provide a ‘ready time and close/latest time’ for the collection.

These given times specify the time window the Courier has in order to collect your shipment and your Courier can attempt to collect your package at any point from the ready time, right up until the close time.

Due to the volume of packages the courier must collect each day it is not possible to provide a more specific arrival time within the given time window, however they plan the best possible route to ensure all packages are collected before the given close times and ensure your shipment(s) will move to its destination as expected. 

If you cannot remember your time window and have booked your collection online, you can view the given times within the My Pickups tab, they are referred to as the ready time and latest available time.

If you have booked your collection with our Customer Service team or on the automated phone system, please Contact Us so we can reconfirm your collection time window.
