How do I get visibility into shipments matched to a specific account, inbound, third party shipments or shipments not created by me?

You need to ensure that the account associated with the shipments you are attempting to view is matched to you. You’ll have to request matching approvals via FedEx InSight:

1. Log into FedEx InSight from the Tracking menu

2. Click on "My Options"

3. Click on "Shipments"

4. Click "Add more shipments"

5. Fill out and submit the form

If the shipments were created prior to account matching approval, these shipments will not display in FedEx Tracking – only shipments created after account matching will display. To track shipments prior to matching approvals, you will need to track using specific tracking numbers on FedEx Tracking.
