Are my InSight shipments visible within FedEx Tracking?

Once you are logged in to all of the shipments associated with your FedEx login id/password are visible, including those captured via FedEx InSight.

Upon first logging into FedEx Tracking, all of your shipments will be presented together in ‘List View.’

You may view shipments by account number by taking the following steps:

  • Click the ‘Show Filters’ button (located on the right side of the ‘Search my shipments’ box, above your list of shipments)
  • Choose ‘Add a filter’
  • Click the tab marked ‘Shipment Information’
  • Choose ‘Account Number’ from the list of options
