Why is the 6 digit postal code of South Korea not working on the FedEx shipping solutions?

In 2015 the Korean Government changed their postcodes from 6 digits to 5 digits. Customers shipping to South Korea need to utilise the 5 digit postal codes, when shipping via automation tools such as fedex.com using FSM Software.
