Can I schedule a pickup?

FedEx offers a flexible range of International Export and Import services for reliable, time-definite, door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to over 220 countries and territories worldwide.

Booking your pickup couldn't be simpler. We offer several different methods of arranging a collection designed to suit your requirements:

  • FedEx Ship Manager (FSM) for customers whom have registered with FedEx
  • Ship Lite for non registered and registered customers
  • For International shipments phone our Customer Services   on 707 100 869 or email to fedex.portugal@tnt.com.

Alternatively the customer can drop off their shipment at a FedEx locations.
