I lost my username/password to my account.

If you have forgotten your username or password, select the 'Forgot your password or user ID?' link on the login page.

To recover your password, you will be asked for your user ID and then be presented with your reminder question.

Once you answer your reminder question, you can either have your password emailed to you or reset your password online. To find out your user ID, you will be asked for the email address you used when you registered with FedEx.
