Why have I received two invoices for the same shipment?

Please note that 1 should be Freight Charges and the other is related to Duties and Taxes

Freight Invoice

This invoice contains all FedEx charges related to the transportation of the shipment.

Duty Tax Invoice

This invoice contains the import charges levied by the local Customs Authorities in the destination Country

Anyway:

If you have received two invoice  for the same shipment and need to dispute it prior to payment,  you can call Customer Service by phone number 707 100 869 or send an email to the address:  fedex.portugal@tnt.com
