How do I know if FedEx Billing Online has applied my payment?

After your payment is applied, FedEx Billing Online will automatically deduct your payment from the amount due.
If you paid your invoice balance in full, FedEx Billing Online will change the status of the invoice to closed.

You may view the history of any payments applied to a particular invoice by clicking the status indicator in the "Invoice Activity" column of the "Account Summary" invoice list.
