When using Ship Manager Lite, why do I have to fill in the entire commodity grid for a document?

This would happen I am sending a document and when creating the shipment online I had to choose ‘other’ from the drop down menu as the other options did not match what I was sending.

It is always advisable to enter as much information as possible, as we are just trying to find out exactly what you are sending. To further enhance the usability of our Lite application, we will reduce the amount of information being requested by the next update.
