I am getting an error online "FedEx Ship Manager is unable to process your request at this time...contact helpdesk.."

Are the address fields correct?

This error message can happen when there is too much or even too little information added to your airway bill.

Lines 1 and 2 of the address fields for both the Sender and the Recipient cannot exceed 35 characters per line.
