Where can I find my account/profile information?

1. To find your account number, simply click on the ‘Account’ tab on the top navigation bar.

2. Scroll down to ‘my profile’, where you will need to log in using your email address and the new password you created for the shipping tool.

3. Click ‘Account management’ on the left-hand side and your account number will be revealed.

Please note: only administrators can see the full account number. Standard users will see a masked version (only the last three digits will be visible). This is for security purposes.
