How can a customer pay FedEx via PayPal ?

FedEx have now launched on FedEx Billing Online as of Monday 8th July 2019 - PayPal as a payment method option for UK customers. This will be available to any users registered for FBO on PayPal cannot be used as a payment method for non FBO registered customers currently

When a user is logged into FBO and in the invoice payment cart section they will see the PayPal tab as an other payment method. By clicking on the PayPal icon the user is taken to the PayPal website. The user can use this as a one time payment or they can schedule it to AutoPay via PayPal. The Payment Status on the Account Summary page will reflect the payment scheduled or submitted via PayPal.

The average processing time for a payment made by PayPal is 1 to 2 hours. The FBO Payment Cart number is the same as the eight-digit receipt number which shows in Oracle.
