My parcel is damaged, how do I claim?

International - I'm sorry to hear that your shipment arrived damaged. You can file a FedEx Express claim by downloading a claim form and instructions in PDF format .You have the option to mail, fax or email the form to your FedEx Customer Support Team. All claims must be made within 21 calendar days of delivery.
