I see an error message “The account number doesn't match FedEx Customer Login account.” How can I view my last-minute freight shipment offer?

You may receive an error if your shipping account number is not linked to your FedEx User ID or your account is not enabled for a certain service type.

You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue and view offers for your freight shipments.

  1. Link your FedEx shipping account number to your FedEx User ID

Step 1: Go to fedex.com, Login using FedEx Customer Login (FCL) credentials, Click on Account tab and Select My Profile

Step 2: Select Account Management

Step 3: Select Add an account

Step 4: Enter Account number and click continue

Step 5: Enter registered address held on account number, and click Continue

Step 6: Registration is complete. You can now continue with creating an AWB

  1. Enable your FedEx shipping account for a certain service type

Step 1: Go to fedex.com, Login using FCL credentials, Click on Account tab and Select My Profile

Step 2: Select Account Management

Step 3: Select Add an account

Step 4: You can see the services enabled for your account currently

Step 5: Select Users, go to the Permissions tab and select the services you want to enable for your account
