The billed weight in my invoice is wrong

The rates of our transportation services are usually based on weight (ie. total weight of all packages in one shipment using one air waybill). Our rates are based on package dimensions only when the dimensional weight in kg per package (Length x Height x Width in cm/5000) exceeds the actual weight of the package. The dimensional weight only applies on your own packaging, not the FedEx packaging. You can contact Customer Service for more information or you can submit your request online by selecting the option “Submit a claim for an invoice”  and completing the information requested.

Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Service. Please note that you can have access to all your invoices online through FedEx Billing Online. To register, please go to FedEx Billing Online registration.
