I received a payment reminder letter for an invoice that i've already paid.

You can submit your request online by selecting the option “Submit a claim for an invoice” and completing the information requested.

Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Service. Please note that you can have access to all your invoices online through FedEx Billing Online. To register, please go to FedEx Billing Online registration.
