I paid my pickup / shipment with a Credit Card but I’ve received a letter asking the payment of an invoice.

You can submit your request online by selecting the option “Submit a claim for an invoice”and completing the information requested.

Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Service between 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday, please be sure that you have the invoice number or the air way bill number in order to assist you.
