My parcel is damaged, how do I claim?

Whilst we regret any inconvenience caused by this incident the sender of the shipment must file a claim for a FedEx Express International shipment by using our Online Claims tool.

However, please note all claims must be made within 21 calendar days of delivery.  You will have the options to mail, fax or email the form to our International Customer Support Team. Where possible please include any cost or sales invoices alongside your completed claims form.

All claims due to damage (visible or concealed), delay (including spoilage claims) or shortage must be notified to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days after delivery of the Shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx.
