I need to change my scheduled pickup.

If you'd like to change or cancel a future collection, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Ship" menu tab and click on "Schedule and Manage Pickups".
  2. You need to log in.
  3. Select the "My Pickups" tab and proceed to cancel or change a future Pickup.
  4. You can also contact FedEx customer service at 01806 111 800.
