Can I schedule a pickup?

FedEx offers a flexible range of International Export and Import services for reliable, time-definite, door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to over 220 countries and territories worldwide.

Booking your pickup couldn't be simpler. We offer several different solutions of arranging a collection designed to suit your requirements:

  • FedEx Ship Manager (FSM) for customers whom have registered with FedEx
  • Ship Lite for non registered and registered customers
  • Phone our Customer Services for shipments weighing below 68kgs and within the size limitations on 01806 111 800
  • For International shipments larger or heavier then our Freight Customer Services Team are available on 069  45005-4267 or –4124

Alternatively you can drop off your shipment at your closest FedEx location.

If you have an Airway Bill that is already created – you can use our online pickup tool
