Something Went Wrong

My parcel is damaged, how do I claim?

While we regret any inconvenience caused by this incident the sender of the shipment must file a claim for a FedEx Express International shipment by email czech@fedex.com.

However, please note all claims must be made within 21 calendar days of delivery. You will have the options to mail, fax or email the form to our International Customer Support Team. Where possible please include any cost or sales invoices alongside your completed claims form.

Please see our https://www.fedex.com/cs-cz/conditions-of-carriage.html for full details, including all exclusions and limits on liability.

If the shipment was not signed for as damaged on delivery, our https://www.fedex.com/cs-cz/customer-support.html must be notified by 5pm the next working day after delivery or attempted delivery on 800 133 339. This must be followed up by a written claim form from the shipper (with cost and sales invoices) within 28 calendar days of the delivery.

Please see https://www.fedex.com/cs-cz/conditions-of-carriage.html for full details including all exclusions and limits on liability.
