Can you leave my package for me when I am not at my address?

As a service standard, FedEx requires a signature on all deliveries. Unfortunately, there is no exception in Czech Republic. We are providing DOOR TO DOOR service which means anybody on the exact address can provide signature to accept package (reception, front desk, mailroom, etc.).

This is possible only if shipper did not use DIRECT SIGNATURE special service which indicates delivery with signature to the person mentioned on AirWay Bill only.
