What time will the courier pick up or collection of my package be?

Based on the packages the courier must collect they will plan the best possible path to ensure all packages are collected and move to their destinations. Your courier will attempt to collect your package within the time frame confirmed on your collection.  

  • If booked online: these times are visible in the My Pickups tab and are refered to as ready time and latest available time.
  • If your booking was made with a FedEx Representative or the automated phone system, similar times are entered when the booking is made.
