I forgot my account number, what is it?

Your account number is a nine digit number and appears in the top right of your invoicing.Should you not have any invoices to hand or the ability to view online via FedEx Billing Online, please call us Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 19.00 pm via call 02 752 75 75 to speak to one of our Customer Service Agents or visit our Contact page for more contact options.

A FedEx representative can go through some security steps with you before providing you with your account number.
