Yes, FedEx will be more than happy to provide you with a copy of your invoice.

Please use one of the contact methods below, making reference to the invoice number(s) you require.
Online:Complete your request.

FedEx Express Invoices:
Select the category 'Invoice & Payments' and complete the online form foryour enquiry to be directed to the relevant department within FedEx.

Telephone: call us on 02 752 75 75 Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 19.00 pm

Alternatively, if you are a FedEx Express customer consider to register for FedEx® Billing Online which allows you to receive your invoices electronically and never receive a paper version again! These digitally-signed invoices are exactly the same as paper invoices but with the following added benefits:

View invoices, credit notes and shipment details online
We notify you as soon as they're ready.
Download, save or print eInvoices as PDF, XML, XLS or CSV
Data available for 180 days after eInvoice was paid
Easily dispute shipment charges
