What should I do if I have a dispute concerning my invoice?

Please log into FedEx Billing Online with your registered* FedEx user ID and password. Select the invoice number and click on Dispute. Most cases will typically be resolved within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your dispute information Alternatively, you can contact FedEx Customer Service at 800 FedEx (800 33339) to report your dispute.
